Happy Family

Carter and Sienna's Grandpa sure loves his chickens, he has nearly 200 of them now!
This page was inspired and created with left over supplies from a class I took with Becky Fleck creator of PageMaps and editor of Scrapbook & Cards Today.  Thank you Becky for you wonderful inspiration and great book!
Page was created using American Crafts Paper and Bazzill Carstock

I love you with Ice Cream on Top!

My cute little niece Lyla loves to eat ice cream at Grammie and GG's house
I used American Crafts, Jilly Bean, Bazzill Cardstock, Little Yellow Bicycle Embellishments

Cherish

This layout was made with Creative Memories Enhanced Palette, love the embossed papers and sparkly jewels. To make the outer flower I stuck the designer tape around the edge of a cut out circle and covered up the folds with the sparkles, then added some paper flowers for some POP!
Sometimes paper is just too pretty to cover up so I used an exacto knife to cut out some leaves to pull up over the photos.
For the letters I used the Cricut This and That by CM as well!

Celebrate

I used Close to My Heart Footloose paper and cardstock, Cricut the letters and CTMH wood shapes and jewels.  The wood shapes are fun to use and add some real dimension to the page. Don't be afraid to layer them for a fun look!

Challenge #2 Color-Me-Scrappy

This challenge was tricky!  I had to really think about the colours, I used Basic Grey
designer papers and embellishments from their April Page of the month lit, also added
some Harmonie chipboard and Close To My Heart
Cardstock and Creative Memories Enchanted Jewels.

A close-up of the chipboard, I added some colour by sponging
some deep purple and black ink.

Check out the blog www.color-me-scrappy.blogspot.com
and participate in the challenge too!
The prize is pretty from KI designs and if your page is picked you can win!

Eggs-cellent Easter

These photos are from last year but perfect timing to scrap them
I played around with a workshop on the go by CTMH, this cutie
is called Lucy, and comes with some adorable rub-ons that have sparkle...so cute!
Making 3D paper flowers from cricut cut outs is not so easy the first time
I have found when rolling them a small dot of liquid glass about every
3cm is veryhelpful in keeping them together in just the right way.
Then finish off with a big dot at the end and hold it down top to bottom till set!
Have fun with them they are so adorable!
